Need Zaps written for activities in Dripify to be recorded in Hubspot

I am sending linkedin connection requests using Dripify.io. I'd like to record those activities in Hubspot. Dripify has a place for Webhooks, need help with the Zaps to look up a contact and record the activity in Hubspot.
