I’m ready to connect GoHighLevel, Markate, and Zapier into one seamless sales-funnel engine. The core of the job is to build automated workflows that pass lead data instantly between the three platforms, then trigger the actions I outline in the reference document (I’ll share it once we start; it covers the exact ‘new-lead’, ‘status-change’, and scheduled follow-up scenarios you’ll map).

Here’s what I need from you:

• Create the Zaps and webhooks that sync contacts and deal stages between GoHighLevel and Markate without data loss or duplication.
• Configure conditional logic so each trigger you see in the document fires the correct downstream action—today that means email sequences; next we’ll extend the same logic to SMS, voicemail drops, and additional webhook calls, so build with expansion in mind.
• Document every step (field mappings, webhook URLs, filters) so I can maintain or clone the automation later.

I already have active accounts for all three tools as well as API keys; you can work in live mode from day one. Fluency with GoHighLevel workflows, Markate automations, Zapier paths, and custom webhooks is essential, and you’ll ideally have tackled similar multi-platform funnels before.

Deliverables are complete when each trigger in the shared spec executes flawlessly, data syncs bi-directionally, and I receive a concise implementation guide.
