Monday.com to Twilio setup using Zapier as integration

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer to help set up an integration between my Monday.com and Twilio accounts using Zapier as the medium. This integration needs to be Trigger based automation, sending an SMS message when an activity in Monday.com reaches a specific status. The ideal Freelancer should have past work experience in setting up similar integrations and include this in their application to be considered for the project. No additional tasks are required for this project.
