Lodgify-Zapier WhatsApp Automation

I run a vacation-rental business on Lodgify and want every confirmed booking to trigger a friendly WhatsApp journey. Here’s the flow I need implemented:

• Lodgify confirmation → Zapier picks it up → Twilio WhatsApp sends our pre-approved “Welcome” template right away
• On the programmed arrival date, Zapier pushes our “Check-in instructions” template
• On the check-out date, a short “Thank-you” template is sent

All three templates are already written and ready for submission; no chatbot or AI replies are required—just reliable one-way notifications.

I do not yet have a Twilio WhatsApp Business account, so I’ll need your help setting that up, getting the number verified, and submitting the templates for approval. After that, build the Zapier automations, test end-to-end with real Lodgify test bookings, and hand over concise documentation so my team can adjust text or timing later. If you can also wire in a few basic FAQ keyword replies (e.g., Wi-Fi, parking) as an optional add-on, let me know the incremental effort.
