Looking for a VA to configure HubSpot CRM and automate lead workflows. Tasks include:
Set up CRM pipelines, fields, and tags for captured leads
Map chatbot lead fields (name, email, phone, property info, borrower experience) to HubSpot
Set up Zapier automation to connect chatbot → HubSpot → email sequences
Test end-to-end lead capture and workflow
Troubleshoot data flow issues
Hours: 5 hours/day, 25 hours/week
Pay: $2/hour $50/ wk $200/ mo

Skills Needed:
HubSpot CRM experience
Zapier automation or similar workflow experience
Attention to detail and strong testing skills
Trial Task:
Map 5 lead fields from a sample Landbot chatbot form into HubSpot
Create a pipeline with 3 stages: Report Requested → Qualified → Needs Follow-Up
Test automation to ensure leads are tagged correctly when submitted
