I am looking for an experienced no-code automation specialist to build a simple and reliable guest self check-in workflow for a small hospitality business.
This is not a large software project. I do not need a custom app from scratch. I need a practical working setup using existing tools.
The goal is to create a simple guest flow like this:
A guest receives a link before arrival
The guest opens a check-in form and fills in required personal details
The guest uploads identification if needed
The guest completes payment through an online payment link
After successful form submission and payment, the guest automatically receives a message with check-in instructions
The message may include text instructions, door access instructions, a code, or a QR code if possible
I need the process to be easy to manage and easy to edit later
Preferred tools:
I am open to practical no-code tools such as:
Tally or Typeform for the form
Stripe for payment links
Zapier or Make for automation
Email, WhatsApp, or SMS for automated guest messages
If you recommend better no-code tools, explain why.
What I need you to do:
Recommend the simplest and most reliable tool stack
Build the full guest flow
Connect the form to payment and automatic messaging
Make sure the workflow is easy for a non-technical person to use
Show me how to edit text, links and messages myself
Deliver a short setup guide or recorded walkthrough

I am not technical, so the system must be simple to use after setup.
