Fix Zapier error Issues

I rely on Zapier to push data into Salesforce, yet the current Zap keeps throwing errors. The mapping looks fine from salesforce and Zapier.

I need someone who has already wrestled with these kinds of Zapier-to-Salesforce hiccups—authentication quirks, custom-field mismatches, webhook misfires, or anything else that might be hiding under the hood—and can isolate the root cause quickly. If the fastest route is to rebuild the Zap, streamline the trigger, or add filters, I’m completely open to it.

What I’d like by the end:
• A working Zap that moves the data into the correct Salesforce object every time
• A concise note of what you changed or rebuilt so I can keep it healthy going forward

We can jump on a brief call or share screens if that speeds things up. Looking to get this resolved as soon as possible.
