We're currently expanding and looking for a reliable backend automation expert to partner with us on ongoing client projects.

What We Do:
We help therapists automate:

Scheduling & calendar booking

Follow-up workflows (text/email)

AI Chatbots & FAQ responses

CRM dashboards to manage leads
Email automations (via Gmail/Notion/Zapier)

All of our systems must run smoothly, reliably, and fully white-labeled for our U.S.-based clients.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a long-term backend partner who is:

Experienced with Zapier, Pabbly, Make (Integromat), or similar tools

Comfortable with Notion, Calendly, Google Workspace integrations

Able to create lightweight CRM systems or AI workflows

Reliable, communicative, and willing to work on client-by-client delivery

Open to white-labeled, recurring monthly backend work

Engagement & Payment:
This is not a one-time gig — we want an ongoing partnership.

We pay $100–$120 per client/month depending on project complexity

Each month, new client = new monthly income for you

All systems must be scalable, maintainable, and client-ready
