[200 €] - Automated process with make / zapier, twilio (or other) and whatsapp business api
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need help creating an automated process using make or Zapier and various tools.
The following should be done:
1. we use the form system “Jotform”. There we use a form for telephone order acceptance. The orders are divided into 4 different categories. Locksmith service, vermin removal, pipe cleaning and electrician work.
2. we record the data and select the respective category from a drop-down menu.
3. depending on which category is selected, a different scenario or a different route must be taken.
4. for each route, the content of the form must be sent by message to 3 different numbers via Whatsapp. This works e.g. via Twilio and the Whatsapp Business API (I assume).
5. if the message “ok” has not come back from at least one person in the chat for the first two contacts, both contacts will be rung. Either via Whatsapp or telephone. Whichever is easier. This ringing is only to attract attention.
6. if there is still no “ok” in the chat after 2 minutes of ringing, the third number will be called.
It does not matter which tools are used, we are free to use them. However, the costs should be kept as low as possible. We probably need someone with a high level of experience in Make / Zapier, Twilio and ideally the Whatsapp Business API.
Our budget is 200,- € for the creation of this automation process.
