Automated Monthly Reminder Workflow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Each month, a few days before month-end, I need an automated Gmail sequence (probably built in Zapier). The sequence starts on a specific date, fires an email to a distribution list, then waits a day and checks my inbox for a reply whose subject line contains the exact phrase I will supply.
• If that subject line is found, the Zap sends a short confirmation to the same list and ends.
• If it is not found, the Zap sends a second reminder, waits, looks again, and repeats this send-and-check loop for a total of three attempts.
• After the third attempt, if the required subject line still isn’t present, the Zap should email me a final alert so I can step in manually.
Please build, test, and activate the Zap(s) using Zapier’s native Gmail integration—Delay, Paths, and any storage or counter steps you feel are best. Once everything is running, hand over the finished workflow with a brief explanation (screenshots or a quick Loom) so I can maintain it going forward.
