Automate Business Process with Zapier

Zapier expert needed.......I’m looking for someone who can help me set up a complete automation using Zapier, TidyCal, and my WordPress site for my business.

Here’s what I already have in place:

A live WordPress website

TidyCal calander installed and ready to take bookings

A free Zapier account

Now I need someone who knows how to connect and automate everything properly.

Automation Funnel I Want Set Up

Step 1: Facebook Ad
I’ll be running a Facebook Ad that sends people to a landing page on my WordPress site.

Step 2: Landing Page with Form
The landing page needs a form to collect Name, Email, and Phone.
(Use any free WordPress form plugin that integrates with Zapier.)

Step 3: Form Triggers Zapier
When someone submits the form:

Zapier sends them an SMS message with a link to book their FREE 14-Day Kickstart session through TidyCal

They are then redirected to the TidyCal booking page

Step 4: TidyCal Booking
The person picks a time for their consultation.
TidyCal sends out confirmation and reminder emails automatically.

Step 5: Lead Nurture Automation (CRITICAL)
If they don’t book, I want Zapier to tag them and trigger an 8-day automated email sequence (using MailerLite or another free tool).
These emails will show social proof, workouts, behind-the-scenes content, and include reminders with links to book.
The goal is to keep nudging them until they book and show up at the gym.
