Phone Integration – We require the contact cards which are currently located in Dezrez 1 / Rezi to pop up on receipt of a call. The CRM integration will be done by a program called Navigate CRM, this is a client software that will need to be installed on each users Terminal Services. It will not need a VPN connection back to the server, which will be based in AWS. It will use a secure TLS connection and we will add the address to each individual client.
People HR - automation for setting up new employees on Rezi or terminating users accounts once they have departed. Employee name, number, email, branch, start date to be fed across for starters and the Rezi account to be closed following employment end date.
