youtube shorts video problem

I have some youtube channels,and want to do the youtube shorts video,and want to get more views and sub.Last time I post my project on the freelancer for this ,most of the bidder told me that I need to do the SEO for the video ,I test and feel that it did work ,and very thankful with them.but the views is from the search engine,what I want is getting more views from the shorts.I wonder one thing,the shown in feed ,the more it is ,the more views I got,but how to make more the shown in feed?some shown is very small (less than 10K),how to increase that?
