youtube manager

I want someone who can manage my youtube. I want to make a motivational youtube channel and I want to use videos and thumbnails which are already available on youtube. I just want someone with good knowledge of re-posting videos with good tags and SEO. I want to populate my channel with 60 videos, 2 videos every day. it should comply with youtube's video quality norms.
