searcher for video footage Motivational channel for YT

Your job will be to collect the footage for interesting motivational speakers like Elon Musk and other famous people.
This starts with finding 10-20 shorts a day under 60 seconds. These are from Instagram or FB, or Twitter.
I am looking for someone who has a feel for what the audience wants.
You would be working with a video editor.
We need a strategy to build this. You need to have that vision.
I like to talk by voice and with teamviewer.
This is part-time initially, but i plan other channels. This can easily become full-time.
