I need youtube management for my channel im building

I am starting up a YouTube channel and need help with the ongoing management of it! I require assistance with optimizing my channel in order to reach as many potential viewers as possible. I would also like help creating content on a weekly basis. This would include video editing, thumbnail design, and publishing them on my channel. My goal is to build up this channel and create a successful brand.
