I am looking for a freelancer to assist me in monetizing my created but not yet monetized Youtube channel. My channel is focused on motivational content and currently has between 1,000-10,000 subscribers.

- Knowledge of Youtube algorithms and trends
- Ability to analyze and improve channel performance
- Skills in video editing and optimization
- Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Tasks to be completed:
- Optimize existing videos for monetization
- optimize the channel to reach 4000 hour watch time
- Develop a strategy for increasing subscribers and engagement
- Analyze and improve channel performance
- Collaborate with me to create a long-term monetization plan
