Youtube expert for ongoing work

We are looking for a youtube expert to help us optimise our youtube channel. We have a large content schedule we set up each quarter in advance. This content is mostly things like pocast videos and interviews. We want this content to be reviewed and optimised for youtube for the quarter in advance, with things like graphics, keywords, captions. The content is to be done in advance in a folder and our admin team will schedule to post it as needed. We then want a review once a week to track analytics and make further tweaks as needed weekly and report back on improvements suggested, improvements made and other key analytics.
