Youtube Trending Page [Jamaica]

I am noticing that people are effectively and consistently trending on the "Jamaica" trending page on youtube. [ https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXZZ8qzlNCPRYik-ErbXCsHRVQ5HLiExm / https://www.youtube.com/feed/trending/ja?bp=EgJqYQ%3D%3D ]
These leads me to believe it is deliberate and the algorithm has been figured out in a way that people know how to get on the trending page at will.
I would like to find somebody who can also do this for music videos / projects I'm working on.
If this can be done, this will be a long term / life long continuous job.
