Youtube Strategist

Hi I'm Jack Sullivan, I run a youtube channel by the name of "Jaxullivan". We are looking for a creative with an eye for engaging and next level content! We are looking to start pushing our long form catalog to the next tier of quality and need a strategist that can help us level up our vision and create executable strategies to do so.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Studying the channel’s analytics to develop possible growth strategies
- Implementation of growth strategies to drive channel growth and engagement
- Meeting with team members to discuss ideas and brainstorm creative initiatives
Applicants should have advanced knowledge of:
- Best thumbnail practices (how to drive CTR %)
- Title strategies and formatting
- Youtube analytics (specifically audience metrics and viewer habits)
We are located in Melbourne, Australia (we would prefer you to be local to work in person with us if possible)
