I am looking for a YouTube specialist to assist with channel management and video editing.

Specific tasks include:
- Managing and organizing the channel, including uploading videos, creating playlists, and optimizing descriptions and tags for SEO.
- Editing videos to align with my rough idea of the desired editing style.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in YouTube channel management, including knowledge of best practices for optimizing channel performance.
- Strong video editing skills, with experience in creating engaging and visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques for YouTube.
- Excellent communication skills, as we will need to collaborate on the channel's overall strategy and content ideas.
I plan to upload videos twice a week, so the candidate should be able to work within this schedule and deliver high-quality edited videos in a timely manner.
