Youtube Expert

I have a gaming youtube channel (mainly minecraft at the moment) and even though i am still growing at a reasonably good rate (400-600 subs a month) i cant seem to quite take off like others around me. Even though i think i am doing everything right, i am obviously not so i need some advice/tips or help from someone who knows what they are doing with SEO etc. on youtube because i put in alo of time and effort but dont get the results im looking for.
