Im running a Youtube Automation channel within the space niche. I need an experienced thumbnail designer (big plus if you have made successful thumbnails within tech/space/alien life niche before). As my thumbnail designer you will have to have a high skill level and understanding in what makes a good thumbnail. I will look close on the the analytics for each video and how it perform, especially the CTR (click-through-rate).
