I am looking for an experienced Youtube Automation specialist to help maximize the reach and engagement of my Youtube channel. Specifically, I require help with the uploading and optimization of my videos, a mix of both automated and manual uploads. Furthermore, I need help in creating new content for the channel.

The candidate must have extensive knowledge in YouTube best practices, including developing strategies for increasing viewership and engagement, finding relevant keywords and using them properly, developing thumbnails that match my channel's overall aesthetic, optimizing content for search engine visibility, etc. It is also important to be well-versed in the use of online tools, such as vid-IQ, TubeBuddy, and others, to further maximize performance.
