YouTube channel manager

Required a person for promotion of my channel,who is capable to edit videos,voice overs and other things to create good video,i do not required full time,just need such person who can do work timly as per requirement and can give time to promote. Who already have experience to promote,create youtube video will be better ,if will not take more charges.i can pay a fix monthly amount .at present will take service for a month,but if will get goods results can continue further.
