What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience editing YouTube vlogs
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
• Ability to structure raw footage into a clear, engaging narrative
• Good sense of music, timing, and emotional beats
• Knows how to make everyday moments feel interesting and intentional
What you’ll be doing:
• Editing YouTube vlogs from raw lifestyle footage
• Creating compelling openings (first 15–30 seconds matter)
• Maintaining engagement throughout long-form content
• Delivering polished, platform-ready edits
