YouTube Vlog Editor & Manager

I run a growing YouTube channel built around regular vlogs and need a reliable partner who can take raw footage and turn it into publish-ready content while also handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the channel moving.
The core of the job is straightforward, leaning on simple cuts and smooth transitions rather than heavy effects. Every episode should feel clean, paced, and authentic—just the right trims, basic colour tweaks, light audio balancing, a splash of royalty-free music when it fits, and then straight onto the channel.
Beyond editing, I’d like you to manage the full upload workflow: draft the title, description, tags, and playlists; set the schedule; and push the video live. Custom thumbnails are a must for each release, so experience in Photoshop, Canva, or a similar tool will come in handy.
Deliverables for each vlog:
• Edited 1080p (or higher) video file with simple cuts and transitions
• Eye-catching thumbnail matched to the episode’s theme
• Completed YouTube upload, fully optimised and scheduled
