YouTube Video promotion in USA - without spending on google ads?

I want to reach out to USA based automotive dealerships and their decision makers (owners, general managers and C level staff) but I do not want to spend on google ads or so.. If you can help me promote my YouTube videos to my target audience, bid otherwise let's not waste time.
