YouTube Video Editor Needed
We are looking for a skilled and reliable YouTube video editor to help us produce engaging, high-quality videos on a long-term basis.
This role goes beyond basic cutting. We want someone who understands storytelling, pacing, visuals, and audience retention, and can turn raw ideas into polished videos that feel professional and intentional.
What You’ll Be Working On
・Editing YouTube videos (primarily 8–15 minutes)
・Creating or enhancing visuals (images, simple motion graphics, overlays)
・Syncing voice narration with visuals and music
・Improving pacing, flow, and engagement
・Adding subtitles, sound effects, and background music when appropriate

You do not need to copy these exactly, but you should be comfortable producing content at a comparable level of polish, clarity, and engagement.
What We’ll Provide
・Clear video concepts or scripts
・Voice narration (in most cases)
・Brand direction and feedback
・Long-term workflow if the collaboration goes well
What We’re Looking For
・Strong experience editing YouTube content
・Good sense of storytelling and pacing
・Ability to source or create supporting visuals
・Clean, modern editing style (not overdone)
・Fluent communication and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Required)
・Experience with educational, documentary, or storytelling channels
・Basic motion graphics or animation skills
・Experience optimizing videos for viewer retention
Project Details
・This is a paid trial project with potential for ongoing work
・Budget will be discussed based on experience and video length
