Role & Responsibilities
Account Growth (From Zero)

Manage newly created Instagram & YouTube accounts

Build organic reach, followers & engagement

Apply growth strategies, trends & consistency

Track weekly growth and performance

Video Editing & Content Creation (Core Responsibility)

Edit & creating raw video recordings provided by the owner

Create:

Instagram Reels, Posts & Stories

YouTube Long Videos & Shorts

Add subtitles, transitions, hooks & background music

Ensure clean, engaging & professional output


Posting & Scheduling
Handle entire posting process (Instagram + YouTube)

Write:

Captions

Hashtags

Hooks & CTAs

Schedule content consistently (daily / weekly plan)

Optimization & Analytics
Optimize titles, descriptions & tags (YouTube SEO)

Create and manage thumbnails & playlists

Monitor analytics (views, watch time, reach, saves)

Suggest improvements based on performance

Preferred Candidate Profile :
-Comfortable growing accounts from zero
-Strong interest in social media growth & content strategy
-Previous esperience of 1 year compulsory
-Video editing skills (CapCut / InShot / Premiere Rush / Canva/ Edits, etc)
-Familiar with Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts trends
-Understanding of YouTube & Instagram
-Creative + proactive + self-driven
-Reliable with deadlines & consistency
