YouTube Travel Channel Growth & Optimization

I'm seeking a skilled and experienced YouTube manager and marketing expert to help me create my travel vlog channel grow its subscriber base. This channel will primarily focus on travel vlogs covering beautiful national parks in the US as well as parks and cities across the globe. I have the first video on the Yosemite National Park edited and ready to post but want to set up the channel properly before launching. The main goal is to increase the number of subscribers and get more views.

Future videos planned but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Initial setup of the YouTube channel with channel Verification
- Customizing the channel layout and settings to suit travel vlogs
- Creating an appealing channel banner and logo, logo animation, description
- Intro & Outro, video watermark if needed for subscriber growth
- Optimize video content for discoverability and engagement
- Implement and manage effective marketing strategies
- Create and manage instagram & Tik Tok account linked to the Youtube channel
- Creating engaging shorts from existing videos to be used for instagram and Tik Tok
- Provide insights and recommendations based on channel analytics
- Relevant and effective Keywords, Tags, Channel SEO
- Accounts Linking, Set Video Language, Optimization, Channel language & Niche


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of growing YouTube channels
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TIk Tok, and YouTube's algorithm and best practices
- Experience with travel content preferred
- Experience with content creation and video editing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret channel data
- Proficient in social media marketing
