YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Ongoing) $2.5 PER THUMBNAIL

We are looking for a creative and reliable Thumbnail Designer to join our content team on a long-term basis. Your role will be to design eye-catching, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that match our brand style and stand out in search results.

Compensation

- $2.50 USD per thumbnail
- Payments will be made monthly or bi-weekly (as agreed).

Workload

The number of thumbnails needed varies month to month:
- Some months: up to 32 thumbnails
- Other months: around 15–17 thumbnails
This is ongoing work for the right candidate, and consistency is highly valued.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, clickable thumbnails based on video titles, scripts, or references.
- Deliver thumbnails in the required format and resolution.
- Maintain a consistent style across all videos.
- Revise designs when necessary (minor revisions).
- Work with tight deadlines when needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required).
- Strong graphic design and typography skills.
- Ability to follow specific styles or guidelines when provided.
- Fast turnaround time and good communication.
- Familiarity with high CTR design principles (bonus).
