YouTube Thumbnail Designer

I'm looking to hire someone to create thumbnails for my YouTube videos. I mainly use screenshots and put some stuff over that. I really don't want to continue using ChatGPT for many reasons. Unfortunately I am not artistically talented, so I would really like to hire someone that could help me long term. At the moment I am putting out around 1-3 videos a week, so that's about how many projects I would need per week. I try to upload 1 on the weekend, the maybe 1 or 2 more spaced out over the week.
