YouTube Shorts Vlog Editor

I create short-form vlog content for my YouTube channel and need an editor who can take raw vertical footage and turn it into punchy, scroll-stopping Shorts. Each clip is under 60 seconds; I supply the footage and a rough beat-sheet of the story I want to tell.

Your job is to trim, sequence, colour-correct and add flair so the final video feels lively and authentic to the vlog style. I’m open to different approaches—fast-cut energy, a smoother minimalist flow, or even more cinematic touches—so long as the pacing holds viewer attention in the first three seconds and keeps them watching to the end.

I usually add call-outs, music beds and quick transitions, but I’m happy for you to suggest where text overlays, royalty-free tracks or seamless swipes would elevate the story. Please export in 1080 × 1920 (vertical) ready for direct upload to YouTube Shorts.
