YouTube Project Manager Needed

I'm seeking a project manager who can oversee and optimize the production of product reviews on my YouTube channel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and supervising the production process of product review videos
- Implementing strategies to ensure the content is highly engaging to draw in more viewers
- Continually evaluating and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics
- Supervision of Keyword research,scripting ,video production, and optimization
Ideal Candidates:
- Have experience in managing YouTube channels
- Have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO
- Able to manage video production process end-to-end
- Have a great understanding of how to create engaging digital product review videos
