I run a growing podcast and need a dedicated hand to steer the entire YouTube side. Your core focus will span three intertwined areas: keeping uploads flowing smoothly, fuelling authentic audience conversations, and driving measurable channel growth through smart analytics.
On the content front, I’ll supply the edited episodes; you write compelling, keyword-rich descriptions, schedule and monitor each upload, and make sure every video goes live glitch-free. While doing so, keep a close eye on performance inside YouTube Studio (or your preferred tools such as TubeBuddy or VidIQ) and translate that data into clear, actionable next steps so we can refine thumbnails, titles, and release timing.
Community matters just as much. You’ll jump into the comments daily, reply in our brand voice, moderate live-chat sessions during premieres, and keep the Community tab fresh with engaging posts that encourage listeners to return between episodes.
Finally, use channel analytics to set growth targets, track watch-time, retention, and click-through rates, and outline strategies that move those numbers upward. Regular, concise reports that spotlight what’s working and what needs tweaking will be key to our collaboration.
