YouTube Page Management and Redesign

We are a multinational group that already has a large Youtube following under the name of our founder and leader.
What we need from you:
- YouTube SEO: We want all search queries for our founder to direct people to our Youtube profile page.
- Distinct playlist categories: We need someone to cleverly categorise all our videos (there are hundreds) into distinct playlists that are easy to find and understand for a new visitor to our page. This should be done on an ongoing basis as new videos are uploaded.
- YouTube page layout: We want someone to update the layout and arrangement of our YouTube page so that it is more attractive, and is easy to navigate on tv and mobile phone and not just desktop.
- Video captioning: We want someone to caption all videos with a clear and concise title, as well as the venue and date.
