YouTube Music Video Subtitle Creation

Project: subtitle files created from my online YouTube music videos in English in a file format youtube accepts, so that I can then upload the file to my video(s) and have youtube translate to other languages. I have approx. 140 videos and some have subtitles already with accurate words, but inaccurate timing. Please look at my channel (see attachment) and quote total price for corrected subtitle files for all videos.
Subtitle files are not to be created with youtube tools as no channel access provided.

The subtitles should include:
- Correctly timed music/songs lyrics

The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Experience with video editing software
- Understanding of music/lyrics timing
- Ability to transcribe lyrics accurately
- Familiarity with creating subtitles for YouTube videos
