YouTube Monetization

I am the proud owner of an established YouTube channel with 1,000 subscribers. I have a plan in place for producing new content, and I am looking to monetize my channel. I need 4000 Watch hours. My estimated budget to do this is $40. I am in need of an experienced freelancer to help me create the best content for my channel and maximize my monetization potential.
