YouTube Gaming Content Creator

I run a growing gaming channel and want to bring in a skilled gamer who can both stream and craft polished YouTube content around those sessions.
What I need you to handle:
• Go live on YouTube at agreed-upon times, playing trending or community-voted titles while interacting with chat.
• Capture the full session in 1080p (or better) and edit it down into engaging highlight reels, tutorials, or funny-moment compilations.
• Add thumbnails, titles, tags, and basic SEO so each upload is discoverable.
• Keep the tone friendly and authentic, aligning with the channel’s laid-back style.

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): familiarity with OBS or Streamlabs, basic motion graphics for intro/outro, and the flexibility to repost clips to Twitch or Facebook Gaming if we expand later.

Deliverables I’ll be reviewing:
1. A live stream sample (30–60 minutes) hosted on an unlisted link.
2. One edited video (8–12 minutes) cut from that stream, complete with thumbnail and metadata suggestions.
