YouTube Gaming Channel Manager Needed

I want to hire a polite and professional YouTube Gaming Channel Manager for my channel.

Work requirements:
- Give me ideas for gaming videos, livestreams, and YouTube Shorts (not only one game, I can play different games).
- Help me decide what to upload and when (full content plan and schedule).
- Either make and edit the gaming videos yourself OR guide me step by step and help me get videos edited.
- If in future I am busy or for any reason I am not able to get a video edited myself, then you should be ready to edit that video for me.
- Basic editing: cuts, transitions, background music, simple effects.
- Create or arrange attractive thumbnails and eye-catching titles.
- Optimize videos for YouTube (SEO: titles, descriptions, tags, end screens, etc.).
- Help grow the channel: more views, subscribers, and watch time.
- Communicate politely and clearly, and give me updates and suggestions.

Payment and budget:
- Current budget range: ₹1000–₹3000 per month (starting phase).
- When you start guiding me and I see some real results (improvement in views/subscribers/watch time), I will release half payment.
- Full payment will be given at the end of the month.
- If your work is really good and I am happy with the results, the budget can go up to around ₹10,000 per month in future.
- Payment will increase every year based on performance and growth.

Requirements:
- Experience with YouTube gaming channels (please share links or samples).
- Good understanding of YouTube algorithm and analytics.
- Good communication in English or Hindi.
- Interested in working long term if we both are satisfied.
