YouTube Expert Needed for Channel Growth

We're Lifehack (www.lifehack.org), a self-improvement company looking for a YouTube Expert to grow our channel (www.youtube.com/user/LifehackOrg). The ideal candidate needs to drive more traffic to our site, increase engagement rate and improve customer interaction through our YouTube channel.
**Objective of the Role**
- At the beginning, boost video views and engagement, and grow our YouTube channel
- When the channel begins to grow, the next objective is to drive conversions for our products
- This role's work scope includes channel management, videos production and optimization, and videos promotion.
- This is NOT a consultant role, therefore you will need to plan and execut your strategies, be committed to our target and achieve it.
**Skills Required**
- Channel strategy: Plan and execute content and marketing strategies that can boost video views, engagement and grow our channel within a short period of time
- Video optimization: Optimize our videos so that they get the best chance to appear on the top of Google SERPs.
- Video production guide: Build and update creative packages for videos on YouTube (content ideas/direction, keywords, thumbnails, copy, tags, descriptions etc.) to drive more videos views and YouTube subscribers
- Video production (optional): Video editing / post-production
- Resources management: Manage the project budget, YouTube tools and video hosts/producers effectively to achieve the channel's target
