YouTube Editor for Weekly Vlog/Podcast Series

Looking for Long-Term YouTube Video Editor (Preferably Based in Serbia / Eastern Europe)

I am an independent musician and content creator running a YouTube channel with a weekly vlog/podcast series called “The 10 Years Podcast”. The content mixes music, behind-the-scenes of an independent artist, technology, cigars, fine spirits, books and travel.

I’m looking for a long-term YouTube editor who can take my raw footage and turn it into engaging weekly episodes.

Scope of work:
• Edit 1 long-form episode per week (8–15 minutes each)
• Content: vlog + podcast format, talking-head, B-roll, performance clips
• Add basic motion graphics (titles, lower thirds, simple transitions)
• Add subtitles for key sections / hooks
• Basic sound cleanup and level balancing
• Light colour correction/grading for a consistent look
• Deliver in YouTube-ready format (1080p, correct loudness)

What I provide:
• A-roll and B-roll (shot on DJI Osmo and Sony ZV-1 or similar)
• My own original music tracks to use in the edit
• Simple episode outline and notes for each upload
• Examples of edit style and pacing I like

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing YouTube videos (please send links)
• Strong sense of pacing & storytelling (hooks, retention, smooth cuts)
• Comfortable working with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere
• Good English communication
• Reliable weekly turnaround (2–3 days per episode)

Nice to have:
• Based in Serbia or Eastern Europe
• Familiar with music / podcast content
• Basic thumbnail sense is a plus

Budget & collaboration:
• Looking for a fixed monthly retainer of €300–€400 for ongoing work (approx. 4 videos/month).
• This starts as a paid trial for 1–2 episodes and can grow into a long-term collaboration if we work well together.
