YouTube Content Virtual Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
create and edit original content (could be AI generated) focused YouTube channel and need a proactive virtual assistant who can handle both the creative thinking and the hands-on video work. Your time will be split mainly between two priorities: brainstorming fresh, trend-driven lesson ideas and turning them into polished, engaging videos.
What the role looks like
• Transform loose topic themes or raw/AI footage into ready-to-publish YouTube videos (minimum 1080p).
• Edit with whichever software you work fastest in—Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any other tool—provided the final result is smooth, well-paced, and visually appealing.
• Research keywords and competitors, craft click-worthy titles and descriptions, and drop in tags, chapters, cards, and end screens so each upload is fully optimised for search.
• Design a compelling thumbnail and schedule the video inside YouTube Studio.
Acceptance criteria for every video
– One HD export ready for upload
– Completed metadata (SEO title, description, tags, chapters)
– Custom thumbnail (1280×720 px) that matches the brand style
