YouTube Channel Growth Specialist Needed

We're seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with our YouTube channel to boost user engagement, monetization, and subscriber growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in digital marketing, YouTube optimization, and audience engagement strategies. Responsibilities will include:

Monetization: Optimize our channel for monetization opportunities, including ad revenue, sponsorships, and affiliate marketing. Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue potential while maintaining user experience.
Subscriber Growth: Develop and execute subscriber growth strategies to increase our channel's subscriber base organically. This includes leveraging social media, collaborations, and audience targeting to attract and retain subscribers.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber count, and revenue. Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and inform future strategy adjustments.
YouTube SEO: Optimize our videos and channel for YouTube's search algorithm to increase visibility and reach a wider audience. This includes keyword research, metadata optimization, and staying up-to-date with YouTube's algorithm updates.
