YouTube Channel Development Help

I’m in the early stages of launching a YouTube channel and want a seasoned creator’s guidance to shape it from the ground up. Because I’m still defining the core theme, growth goal, and how much of the production work I’ll keep in-house, I need someone comfortable steering strategy and then jumping into hands-on tasks once we lock the direction.

What I’m looking for:
• An initial strategy session to refine the channel’s niche, audience, and growth targets.
• Clear recommendations on branding assets, upload cadence, and content formats that fit the strategy.
• A practical road map outlining what I should film, what you can handle, and a realistic timeline to hit our first milestones (subscriber and watch-hour goals).

After that discovery phase, I may ask you to take on recurring work—anything from filming guidance and B-roll sourcing to full edits with motion graphics, captions, and thumbnail design—so versatility with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
