We are seeking a dedicated content creator and manager to help build and grow a YouTube channel with the goal of consistent content production and monetization. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, consistency, and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Scriptwriting & Content Creation – Research, write, and develop engaging scripts relevant to the channel’s theme.
Voice Over & Editing – Provide or coordinate high-quality voice overs and ensure videos are edited professionally.
Daily Posting – Manage the publishing schedule to ensure content is uploaded every day.
Channel Growth & Monetization – Optimize videos for SEO, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to increase reach and help the channel qualify for monetization.
Content Strategy – Suggest new ideas, trends, and formats to increase engagement and subscriber growth.
End-to-End Management – Oversee the full process from concept to publishing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in YouTube content creation and channel management.
Skills in scriptwriting, video editing, and voice-over, artists, narrators (or ability to manage voice talent).
Knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization policies.
Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Creative mindset and passion for growing digital platforms.
