Video creation using online tool

Hi, I want YouTube videos to be created using an online tool. I have all the needed subscriptions and this process is automatic, there is no need to record videos manually or do voice-over etc. You will need a PC / Laptop with a good internet connection to do this. I will need your 2 to 3 hours daily for completing this.
