Video Editor & Partner for Monetized Soccer Channel
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a long-term creative partner and video editor for my monetized YouTube channel focused on Kenyan soccer (grassroots to international). The channel is already profitable, and I am now scaling up to include high-quality match highlights. This is a Revenue Share agreement, not a per-video fee.
The Role:
You will be responsible for editing dynamic soccer highlights. The key challenge is navigating YouTube’s "reused content" policies—you must be able to create "transformative" content (using graphics, pacing, or specific editing techniques) to ensure the channel remains eligible for monetization.
Compensation Structure:
This is a 40/60 Revenue Share Partnership:
40% of Monthly Net Ad Revenue paid to you.
60% of Monthly Net Ad Revenue retained for management/overhead.
Benefit: Instant earnings. Since the channel is already monetized, you earn from the first video you produce.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sports/soccer editing.
Deep understanding of YouTube Copyright & Fair Use rules.
Ability to turn raw match footage into engaging, high-retention stories.
I am happy to share YouTube Studio analytics and revenue proof with shortlisted candidates.
