Your Role
You will edit:
YouTube videos (5–10 min)
Instagram Reels / Shorts (30–60 sec)

Requirements
Experience editing finance / educational / explainer videos
Strong command of:
Jump cuts
Smooth transitions
Zoom in/out effects
Text animations (important for finance content)

Ability to add:
Captions (Hindi + English mix preferred)
B-rolls (cards, apps, UI, stock clips)
Background music (subtle & professional)

Knowledge of:
Retention-based editing (keep audience hooked)
Hook creation in first 3 seconds
Understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithm basics

Editing Style We Want
